At High Plains Sheepskin, we pride ourselves on our customers finding that perfect fit. We are happy to exchange or refund any slippers still in “like-new” condition. Please include your order number and a brief description of what you need.
For an exchange, we ask you to split the shipping with us (you pay to send them back to us, we pay to send the new pair to you). It is recommended (but not required) to include a foot tracing to better ensure the right fit.
For a refund, we ask you to ship the product back to us and we refund the purchase price. This has to be completed within 30 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT
